CONTRACT WORK

We work with clients on a per-hour basis, working alongside your business to put in place the solutions that are needed. This is the preferred option for clients where there is a broad scope of work since we can adjust and adapt based on your changing requirements and priorities.

Contract work can be utilised for ad-hoc projects such as report updates, data migration, etc where clients are billed based on the actual time worked. We also provide longer-term contracts, where we take on the role as your in-house data reporting and analytics function.

PROJECT WORK.

We will quote for a full project, providing a costed proposal for the design, development, implementation, and documentation of your system. Development work will be carried out remotely with frequent checkpoints to test and validate the work being done. We will be fully involved in the roll-out and implementation stages ensuring that your staff are fully trained.

This is ideal where clients have a specific project in mind, with clearly defined objectives. Long term support can also be negotiated to provide user support and future system upgrades.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Some customers need ongoing support for existing systems, where we take on the role as your “systems expert” with a designated person assigned to your organisation for a set number of days per week. While a specific person is assigned to your company, the knowledge is shared across our entire team so others can step in to provide support when it is needed.

This scenario is ideal for recurring tasks related to new user onboarding, software and system upgrades or acting as your technical support when implementing new software solutions.

TAILORED SUPPORT.

On some occasions the best approach is a combination of the above. As a prospective client you may need to contract us for a limited number of days, so we can work with you to identify your specific requirements and agree on a solution that is exactly what you need.

Once that has been agreed, we often move to a more traditional project costing role where a fixed amount of work is delivered and implemented based on the initial agreement.

Finally, some amount of ongoing support may be needed for the first few weeks or months, and one of our team may need to be available to provide that assistance for ongoing support.
